Meeting Point
The meeting point is the car park at the Roque de los Muchachos Visitor Centre. We recommend arriving early, as the activity starts promptly.
Conditions and Safety
- The tour may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions in the mountains.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the activity even if no official weather warnings or alerts have been issued, whenever necessary to ensure customers’ safety.
- The observatory is located at an altitude of over 2,000 metres. This may cause dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, headaches or other adverse effects.
- There are no medical facilities at the observatory. The nearest medical assistance is more than an hour away.
Recommendations and Rules
- We recommend bringing warm clothing, comfortable footwear and water.
- Eating, drinking and bringing pets are not permitted during the visit.
- Please read the general terms and conditions before booking.
- On the day of the activity, Astronorte will contact you by WhatsApp or telephone to confirm the activity and remind you of the coordinates of the observation site.

How do I get to the meeting point?
The meeting point is the car park at the Roque de los Muchachos Visitor Centre. Transport is not included, so you will need to arrive in your own vehicle or by taxi.

The tour may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or for safety reasons. If this happens, you will be notified in advance whenever possible.
